Terms of Service
Last updated: March 31, 2026
1. Use of Service
Ubserve provides automated security auditing services for applications built using AI tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms. You represent that you have the authority to authorize a security scan on the URL provided.
By using Ubserve you confirm that you own or have explicit authorisation to scan any domain you submit. Ubserve accepts no liability for unauthorised scans. Misuse of this service may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. No Refunds
Final Sale Policy
Due to the digital nature of the security audit reports, all purchases are final. Once a scan has been initiated and a report generated, Ubserve does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
3. False Positives & Accuracy
Security scanning is an automated process. Our algorithms may occasionally flag "false positives" — items that appear to be vulnerabilities but are not, or are intended behaviors of your application. You are responsible for manually verifying the results of any audit before taking action.
4. "Unhackable" Disclaimer
Scope of Audit
A successful Ubserve audit or a high security score **does not mean your application is "unhackable"**. It means your application meets the specific security benchmarks and best practices that Ubserve currently scans for (such as RLS configuration, SSL health, and credential exposure). New vulnerabilities are discovered daily, and no automated tool can guarantee 100% security.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ubserve is provided "as is". We are not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or damages that occur to your application, even if you have received a "clean" or high-scoring report from our service. Security is a continuous process and remains your responsibility.
6. Third-Party Audits
Ubserve is not affiliated with Supabase, Cursor, Lovable, or any other third-party tools mentioned on our site. We provide independent security analysis based on our own proprietary benchmarks.
